Candles + Care


Our candles are made with 100% domestically-grown soy wax, and a blend of safe, sustainable, and cruelty-free fragrances.

First Burn

When lighting your candle for the first time, make sure the wax pool reaches all sides of the candle jar before extinguishing. This will prevent tunneling from happening.

Trim Wicks

A properly trimmed wick ensures an even and clean burn. Once the candle cools down, make sure to trim your wick as this will allow for an evenly burn, avoiding wax buildup on one side of the candle.


It is not unusual for soy candles to have a rough top after burning. This is natural with soy wax and happens when the hot wax is cooling at different rates of speed.

Returns + Exchanges

Can I Return or Exchange my Wander Candle?

If you are not 100% satisfied with one of your Wander products please send us a message through the contact form within 10 days of receiving your order and we’ll start the process. Make sure to include your order number and proof of purchase in your message.

If you're experiencing an issue with your candle, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a detailed description + photos so we can determine how to best help you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
